The free Calendly alternative that shows your best times first
Aircal is a free booking link for Google Calendar. Calendly lists every open time, soonest first. Aircal puts the times you’d rather fill at the top, and every other time stays one click away. Links are unlimited, and there’s no paid plan.
What your week looks like
The same week, and twelve people book a 30-minute call. The host likes calls next to other meetings so the rest of the day stays free, and two of the calls are urgent.

Switching from Calendly

That connects your Google Calendar. There’s nothing to install.
- 2Describe each link
“30-minute intro calls, right before or after another meeting.” Aircal sets it up; reply to change anything.
- 3Swap in the new link
Put it where your Calendly link was: email signature, website, bio. Your Calendly links keep working until you turn them off.
Questions
- Is Aircal really free?
- Yes. Unlimited booking links, no card to sign up, and no paid plan today. Booking pages and invites say “Scheduled with Aircal”.
- How does Aircal pick the best times?
- When you create a link, you say what you prefer in plain words, like “afternoons, next to other meetings.” Aircal scores each open time against that and what’s already on your calendar that day, weighs how soon it is, and shows the best ones first.
- Can people still book my other open times?
- Yes. Every open time stays bookable. The best ones come first, and the rest are one click away under “Show more times”.
- Does Aircal work with Outlook or iCloud?
- Not yet. Aircal works with Google Calendar, on personal Google accounts and Google Workspace.
- Do people need an account to book me?
- No. They pick a time and enter their name and email. If they connect their own Google Calendar, Aircal also hides times they’re busy.
- Can I import my Calendly links?
- Not yet, but you won’t need to fill in forms again: describe each link in a sentence and Aircal sets it up. Your Calendly links keep working while you switch.
Try it on your own calendar
Describe one meeting and see which times Aircal puts first. It takes about a minute.
