Your privacy is important to us. It is Aircal's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://aircal.ai, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We collect the following types of information:
- Your name, email address and profile photo when you sign up or authenticate via Google OAuth.
- Access to your Google Calendar, which you approve on Google's consent screen, to find times you're free, suggest the best times to meet and add bookings to your calendar.
- Your meeting details, including scheduled times, participants, notes and related metadata, to facilitate scheduling and calendar management.
- The settings you create, such as your working hours, scheduling preferences and booking links.
- Basic technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in sessions and error reports.
- Usage information, such as the pages you visit and the actions you take in Aircal, to understand how it's used and improve it.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services. This includes showing when you're available, suggesting the best meeting times, creating calendar events and invitations, sending notifications and keeping your booking history up to date. If you connect your Google account, we use Google OAuth to authenticate your identity and access your Google Calendar to facilitate scheduling.
Aircal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising or sell this data to third parties. Additionally, we don't use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.
We share information with service providers, including AI providers, that process it on our behalf to run Aircal, for example to host the service, send email, and suggest the best meeting times. They may use it only to provide those services to us. When someone books a meeting, its details are shared with the people in that meeting through the calendar invitation. Otherwise, we don't share personally identifiable information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law.
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested services. Any data we store is protected using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. You can delete your Aircal account at any time, and you can remove Aircal's access to your Google account from your Google Account's security settings.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide certain services.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and your continued use of our website and services signifies acceptance of the updated policy. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, you can reach us through the help chat in Aircal.
This policy is effective as of October 29, 2026.
